The ‘use of’ some of these property rights are the contention of the allegations to the violation of the RICO Statute by Distributor#3 (Coughlin-Roesner Crime Family).
I developed Dowco151™️ Algorithm based on previous learned experiences that are a proprietary trade secret of this entity. It was initially developed between 1978 and 1982 with Dowco™️ Distributing Co. of Tempe, Arizona.
Its INTENDED ‘use’ is to be for decades.
That is forty-eight years of primary source use as a business algorithm and still counting. It is UNIQUE in its application and second to none. Just read on and judge for yourself. I have used this system for various projects over the years.
